INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
We offer personalized 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 training classes tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. Whether you're a beginner looking to master the fundamentals or a seasoned player aiming to refine advanced techniques, our dedicated coaches provide individualized attention and expert guidance. In our 1-to-1 sessions, you'll benefit from personalized coaching designed to focus entirely on your strengths and areas for improvement, ensuring rapid skill development and confidence on the court. Our 2-to-1 classes offer a dynamic environment where you can train alongside a partner, fostering friendly competition and collaborative learning under the supervision of our experienced instructors. Our individual trainings consists of:
1. Individual 1-to-1 Training (1hr/2hrs per session)
2. Individual 2-to-1 Training (1hr/2hrs per session)
3. Competitive Individual 1-to-1 Training (2hrs per session)
INDIVIDUAL 1-TO-1 & 2-TO-1 TRAINING
Suitable for all ages, and all levels.
Focus: Footwork, court fundamentals including lob, drop, smash, lift, tap, push, drive, backhand etc, gameplay techniques and tactics.
For beginner/intermediate players, we will focus more on the basic fundamentals. Players will get to do more multiple shuttles training.
For advanced players, we will focus more on general gameplay according to your style of play (attacking play style or rally play style), hence there will be a lot more sparring with our coach with multiple shuttles training as well.
COMPETITIVE 1-TO-1 TRAINING
Only for selected players.
Players under our Competitive 1-to-1 training will be shortlisted to join our Meridien International Squad (MIS), where they will get to represent MIS in friendlies, competitions and exchange programmes both locally and internationally.
